My name is Anthony M; I finance a truck and trailer through Fussell truck.

The truck was finances through Texas Telcom Credit Union. The trailer from Fussell truck 

I put down 2,000 and the monthly payment was 609.00. 

The problem Fussell truck Sale did not tell me I had to put physical damage insurance on their trailer. I found out 3 month later that Fussell truck sale rep

Selma Karišik   Credit Manager calls my insurance company People Insurance and added physical damage coverage with my knowledge or permission. This causes my policy to go up by 300.00 per month.

When I found out l switched insurance company. They found out 4month later. They demand I add the policy. I also found out the firth 8 payments the majority of the money went toward interest which is very high.

The loan I sign was very dishonest and lot of fact was hidden from me.

I told them I will increase the payment to 1000.00 a month but they keep harassing me with phone call,

They call my new insurance and tried to add the physical damage but I thank God the agent told them now. They cannot do it without my authorization. They refuse to give me a receipt for the payment I made this month.

Email from Ileana who call me about 2 or 3time a day asking me to add physical damage.

They also said if I did not add the insurance they will take the trailer away from me. I have made 10 payments.

I have email from the company. I tried to copy and paste it her but I could not. Please help me.

Per the contact they said they will add insurance if I don’t. They said they will do this but the insurance with twice as expensive more than normal insurance.

My insurance company said if I had to add physical damage they have to cancel my old policy and write a new one but my down payment will be higher,

If I knew I need physical damage I will not have bought the trailer

I feel like they should have told me this upfront before I put the down payment in.

The company is manipulative and ripping people off,

They need to be stop okay.

I will end up paying more money for the trailer than the truck

Texas Telcom credit Union is not forcing me to have physical damage on their truck with cost 23,000.

As of today after 10payment on the truck my balance is 13,000.00

As of today after 10payment on the trailer my balance is 7500.00

Call Fussell truck asks them for my contract and payment history. I give you permission to do this,

Please save me. I have spent $12,200 on fixing this truck and trailer since I bought it.  The trailer is bad. 

The interest and payment on the truck is great.

Fussell truck sale is ripping me off
