This site is to stop Todd Anderson of Portland, Oregon from harming, stalking,
slandering, and harassing people both on the Internet and while in the world.
So who is Todd Anderson? Well, this guy has many names he uses both online,
and also among others in the world. Edward Anderson, The Toad, Mr E,
Saucerhead, Todd Anderson, and of course any new names he uses will be
added here.
An Internet Real Life Troll and Stalker!
There is a new hype slang term for someone who causes
trouble on the Internet, in forums and during video games
and much more. That name is "Troll" and I'm sure you
have heard about this. This website however is not about
the Trolling that Todd has done, but about the criminal
behavior and criminal thinking this man does on a
constant basis. Normally a person who stalks or causes
trouble among strangers will hide their face and name, but
not Todd Anderson of Portland, Oregon.
Why is there a website about this one guy?
Normally a person who does the things Todd Anderson has done, lands
them in jail, however this guy is avoiding the law, avoiding the police, and
much more. This website is up and will continue to stay up until Todd
Anderson is properly caught and his criminal behavior is dealt with. This
website is to warn future women and men against his behavior and
dealing with him.
Hopefully someone who runs into this guy in the future will google his
name, and find the many sources of his hate, but hopefully they find this
site too!

Legit I’m “Tha Jackal” you can contact me directly thajackalshead@gmail.com and ask me about Todd Anderson aka Joe Sworn if you don’t believe the truth from him. This entire Rip Roff Report was a massive prank done back when myself, and another handful of individuals were on a cyber war with Todd…. He had made crazy moves to hurt our online persona, and so we replied always trying to one up each other. Mostly a troll fight back, and forth, and when it ended it was done… This was done as a checkmate move and done by someone who’s now not even around since he’s vanished into obscurity.
NOTHING said in those reports are real or legit, and we have since made peace with each other, and all these years later I do feel awful about this being out there because the older me now see’s how a prank can go way too far when people take advantage of it to suit their own needs, and agendas.
Todd like you know I am sorry this is out there but I know who you are, and I know you’re a good guy… So guys let the drama go it’s not worth it. Give peace a chance…
