I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from this website. On their website they have pictures of beautiful dresses and we ordered the dress based on the picture and detailed description of the dress. It took approx 4 weeks for the dress to arrive (from China, first mistake). It arrived in a plastic bag and it was a floor length "formal". To say we were disappointed is an understatement. It was plainly not the dress displayed on their website. It was a horribly made attempt at reproducing someone else's dress. It was supposed to have had gold sequin trim and instead it had a gold and silvertone chain that was gaudily "tacked" onto the dress. The seams were crooked and puckered on both sides and the back, and the dipper was on the wrong side. They did however, manage to send the right color, but that was the only thing that was right. It is blatantly obvious they are selling knock off dresses based on someone else's designs, and doing a horrible job at it. Returns policy says returns must have original tags attached, and there were no tags on the dress when received. I sent numerous emails complaining and they asked for pics of the dress which I sent, but they said they couldn't open the attachment. I also believe that almost all the reviews on their site are self posted, because the grammar and context was eerily similar to the responses to the emails I sent. I just want to try and prevent others from falling victim to this scam.
