Their commercial on NY1 says they will reduce payment to IRS.
This is totally opposite. These guys increase payment in the end. I paid $2000, Bradley Dorin who was supposed to take care of my files . After payment made they don't even pick a call or return call of voicemail. So I decided to visit their office without appoint.
I met Bradley asked what's going on about not pick up call then he told me to send them checks of payment to IRS and said will reduce tax payment in the end. They send IRS my checks later than due and that made more penalty.I decided to send directly to IRS so that will get there before due. The other day I asked about how is file about appeal, then Bradley said he's going to process. 6 months past, then no reply. I tried call and left voice mail so many times but they didn't call back.Finally they called back, I asked about process and their reply was they can't reduce no payment. They didn't do nothing. Just caused more late penalty. Selig told me if you have complain about this, you can sue us at court. I couldn't believe what he said. Stay away from them. These Selig and Bradley Dorin is Scam. After I could get enough budget, I will sue them!

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Mr. Seelig ripped us office for several thousands. His commericial describe his tax services as a client advocate. He uses scare tactics once he gets your retainer for unecessary work to then demands huges fees.
We have filed suit against him in New York to get our money back. At one point they almost filed documents with the public court records that published our social security numbers, had I not stopped him. His partner and lawyer Bradley Dorin gives me the impression that his legal experience and professionalism is pathectic. I hope someday to get our money back for the nothing worth of anything they performed.

Mr. Lichtenstein's story is false. All of the work that he and his wife retained Selig & Associates to do was performed with the highest degree of skill and professionalism. He and his wife breached their contract by only paying half of their agreed upon retainer. In the spirit of goodwill Selig & Associates completed all of the services required and surpassed the agreed upon work by responding to IRS correspondence even after the client stopped responding to our calls. All work performed is fully documented. Selig & Associates goes above and beyond the expectations of all of our clients and has never had a compliant. Arleen Lichtenstein's baseless Small Claims action will be vigorously defended and a Counterclaim for the unpaid balance for the work performed will be asserted.

After 5 court appearances, we finally got our Court Ordered Judgment! Execution to collect is now in the works. The court ordered Seelig to appear back in Court on October 27th, 2011 with an attorney as they are a corporation. They failed to appear for the second time. Plus they never correctly filed papers as required by the Court. In my opinion if they cannot function in Small Claims Court, how could they function before the IRS? His in house lawyer Bradley Dorin was unprepared and seemed baffled by the Court.
To ice the cake, Seelig filed another lawsuit now against me for posting my opinions and story on this website claiming slander and defamation. Seelig is an attorney? Has he not heard of the 1st Amendment. The truthful expressions of your ex-customers is not slander.
