Beware of this company. They are vicious crooks. Don't, don't, don't sign with them any document. They use deceptive tactics to lure businesses to sign agreements with them. They even use fraud. They keep some spaces empty and fill them after signing. Of the deadlist tricks is to make you sign an equipent lease for $99 per month for five years. I swear my signature has been facked. I swear they use some technology that emitates signatures. If you have been a victim like me or you have been approached by one of their reps, please post it here. Please get in touch with me. I want to start a class action against them. I need your support. We need our justice because those are the type of crooks that are killing small businesses and stealing money from people's pockets (bank accounts) to get rich. I approached them and try to get my money refunded. They bullied me and told me to remember that they are a multibillion corporation. We need to stop those crooks.

We spoke to the merchant regarding this matter. He thought we were another company under First Data. There are many out there so that is understandable.

CoastalPay's president contacted to "solve" the problem. He offerred to refund me all the money they swindled from my bank account if I agree to sign a new agreement with them to process my credit card transactions with them and sign a new equipment lease with them and drop this report. Basically he wants me to screw up myself this time "legally". I refused so they kept harrassing me with these letters from FirstData. CoastalPay and FirstData are crooks who prey on small businesses. I recently met a former buiness owner who was victim of the same scam/fraud. They fabricated a lease contract and claimed he signed it. It's a blackmail tactic to keep exprting small businesses. They never sued him because they know that if they go to court they will expose their fraud. I'm sueing them and I'm asking for other businesses to join me. We need to put a stop to FirstData and its affiliates abuse and extortion.
