I paid  $119.99 for a work at home program. As soon as they recieved my payment i was unable to access the information i just paid for. The only way to get ahold of the company is through a support center. I sent the support center numerous messages and have not had any response from them whatsoever.     They basically took my money & i recieved nothing from them.  They have no physical address or phone number, just the website & a non existent support center website. This is nothing but a total scam.

Your Business Is Suspicious

AUTHOR: Gemmah - ()

POSTED: Friday, March 21, 2014

Your company's landing page does not inform consumers that you do not support Mac users, yet, you claim to have a no refunds policy, just the same.

Your site's checkout process is long, confusing, and sets customers up to fail and puts them on an 'Easter  Egg Hunt' for support and resources that should be made readily available to them.

Your reply here is full of attitude, lacks professionalism and is strewn with misspellings---as is your website.

You are very suspect, in my opinion.

LEGITIMATE BUSINESSES DO NOT WITHHOLD CUSTOMER SERVICE

AUTHOR: Gemmah - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, March 19, 2014

I could care two shakes of a rat's butt how hard someone has worked to build their Internet dynasty with other people's money! The key phrase here is: other people's money.  Any person paying over $100 for 'anything' on the Internet (or at the corner store), needs their consumer interests addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Taking people's money and not giving them proper direction about what will occur next in the customer's search for buying satisfaction is criminal. I could care less how busy Marvin Williams (or whomever) is.

This company has its priorities set a*s-backward if it puts the owner's needs above that of his paying customers. The FACT that there is a NO REFUND POLICY in place for this product, adds to the incremental terror that the buyer feels as the hours and days pass and the business' administrators remain inaccessible and silent about what the 'target' should do next.

Lambasting a buyer for being 'impatient' when the seller is acting like an irresponsible, shoe-dragging, moron, is unjust and unforgivable. No legitimate company puts their customers through this high-anxiety and then insults them for getting upset about buying nothing!

Legitimate companies make purchased products and/or their customer support IMMEDIATELY available to the buyer!

BMID is NOT a Scam

AUTHOR: TheHowToKing - ()

POSTED: Friday, March 14, 2014

I disagree with the this report for several reasons. The first of those being that when a new person enrolls in BMID they have to wait for their account to be set up. It takes anywhere from an hour or so up to 24 hours to get your account set up after you join.

They also are more than just a work from home program. They offer actual software that you can use and implement into building your existing business OR to promote BMID. I made my money back literally within 24 hours of joining BMID so I know that it works.

In regard to the customer support, I have read several accounts of people having trouble getting in touch with them, in their defense he has been doing live support at least once a day. You would know this if you were plugged into the BMID facebook group.

To me it sounds like this is a case of someone who is impatient and decided to take it upon themselves to file a complaint without taking the time necessary to get the issue resolved.

This is not uncommon in our industry and is partly the blame for why working from home and home based business has sort of a stigma attached to it as being a scam or a scheme of some sort.

The fact of the matter is, most people are not equipped to work for themselves. When they realize it's not a lottery ticket and that it's not going to be as easy as they'd expected to make money they quit. After they quit, they take that time to redirect their inadequacies into ill will for the company in which they FAILED.

In this particular instance, I personally believe that this is the case of someone who is just flat out impatient. If by chance that this lady did wait longer than 48 hours (which I doubt) to get some type of response, that still does not deem the program as a scam.

Finally, a lot of the "programs" on the internet do not have a physical address. That also is an irrelevant factor in filing a complaint against someone and trying to defame what they've worked so hard to build.
