BLINK PR Katherine Fleischman Deception and Defamation of Character Hallandale Beach Florida

This original post was written by another disgruntled employee who left Blink PR the same tine I did. It was assumed before speaking with me that I had the time and 0 values to compose this post. Since then I have spoken with the owner of Blink Pr, Katherine Fleischman who has admitted to making a mistake, acknowledging this was not me who wrote this post. In this rebuttal there are many false accusations and I have been completely misrepresented, dragged into a feud between an employer and their ex employee which I have nothing to do with. I am most concerned about my own business, making my clients happy and doing the best job I can, the last thing I need to do is write horrible things about people on the internet and ruin their's and my own representation. Jana Glowatz was a former employee of Blink PR who lacked the professionalism and work ethic to continue representing our client base. Our company demands a high level of competency from it's employees and unfortunately this individual was unable to handle the workload to serve our clients efficiently and professionally. She would provide excuses regarding her high anxiety levels/medication and would use this as a crutch to remove herself from work /service requests and needs. After leaving the company, my trustworthy employees informed me of her true working habits during office hours such as watching movies on her iPad and chit chatting on social media channels, while being unproductive.  She serviced personal clients on the side during her tenure at our agency, using our valuable resources and files to further her personal career. No wonder she was let go from former agencies in NYC due to misconduct and unprofessionalism. She has left a very poor name for herself as  the current owner of JANA Public Relations, which she runs from her apartment. In the beginning, she was offered a position and relocated from NYC to Miami for the job, yet she left as a bitter, jealous and sour person after I suggested that her work was sloppy and unprofessional: cutting and pasting content from clients' websites and calling it a "press release". She would also blast them to random lists and has tarnished her relationships with the media while working under my firm, which has an impeccable record. We could no longer keep her here. We have been in business over five years and have sterling reviews from all clients because as an agency, we are professional and get the job done! We work under a month to month contract, under no obligation, and our clients have been loyal to us for years. If we were trying to "rip people off," our clients would have left our agency after month one.
