My name is Whitney and signed a contract to have my roof redone. This company came out and replaced my roof with out even giving me a notice. After it was done it has leaked everywhere causing major damage. They will not return my call, they just hang up on me and yell at me. I regret using this roofing company.

It is my belief that Whitney, who never mentions my roofing company by name in her complaint, may have confused All Area Roofing & Restoration with another company. Our records indicate no call from an angry client named Whitney; and no complaints have been filed against us by any client through the legal system or the Better Business Bureau.
In fact, the Better Business Bureau currently ranks my company with an A+ rating which can be verified. However, in the event that her story is true, I invite Whitney to contact me at (757) 301-2334 and I will personally investigate her complaint, and if true, my company will gladly repair for free any work we did in less than an outstanding manner.
I look forward to talking with Whitney and resolving this matter. All Area Roofing & Restoration has been successful for the past 18 years because of our guiding principles of quality service, excellent warranties, and outstanding customer service. We would like to keep it that way. I look forward to talking with Whitney.
