Simply, what is described here is NOT due to a misunderstanding. If anything, this policy has become even more profitable for Alex Becker as he continues it to this very day, verbatim. He is by no means a nice guy, and yes he is a very good scam artist.

He's now charging more and therefore keeping more thanks to his multi-faceted deceptions. His fraudulent fake hope of a refund policy must be the most profitable aspect of his business. 

C'mon man!

Alex advertises false webinars only to bait and switch so that he can continue upsaling you. He than makes it hard for a refund by using benchmarks to complete before offering a refund. His aproach is to get as much as he can out of his customer. In my case he has not stuck to his word on teaching what he has offered instead he said go to Facebook and ask for more information from the MARKTHERO groups.

Seriously??

I wrote the original report on Alex Becker Scam.  I appears that there was just a huge miscommunication about the transaction.  Once I was able to actually speak with Alex he immediately remedied the situation an refunded my money with a lot of apologies about the mix up.

Alex stood up and took responsibility for the mistake even though it was a mistake by someone in the organization.  Taikes a true honest person to admit to a mistake and make good on the promises he gave.

I have a lot of respect for Alex and have always like his products and his profession and freely giving attitude towards his customers.  I am sorry Alex if I caused you any grief.

You didn't show all the email screen shots where I wrote and have pleaded over and over again for my refund, where the refund was promised by your support person Matt.

I don't see how you can just claim that you are the injured party here and have absolutely no control over giving refunds or solving problems on a product that you obviously received at least part of the sale proceeds.  I haven't 100% verified this, but I believe that Alex Cass lives in Mexico where he is probably protected from U.S. lawsuits.  Maybe that's intentional, but you know I can't go  across border to collect the money rightfully owed from him.

I am still writing your service person Matt, who will respond about once evey 5 or 6 emails that he is "trying" to get me paid and I am not being ripped off by Source Wave and the two Alex's.  Maybe that is true and Matt is doing everything he can, but the fact of the matter is I still haven't received my refund and I'm certain Matt didn't receive the proceeds of the sale of the product. 

I am equally sure that you did receive benefit of the sale of the product even though the money flows through an off shore account. 

All I know for sure is that I haven't been refunded.  I bought the product based upon your reputation.  I don't know or care where the money was actually sent to, you put your name on the product and are at least receiving benefit from the sale of the product. 

You want me to stop my "rant" about you scaming me and to be reasonable.  I am being reasonable by asking politely over and over again for my refund.  I went "off" when access to the product that your "organization" refused to refund became unavailable to me.  Alex, I believe that is fraud, by refusing me access to a product that I purchased and you received compensation for and then for your organization to refuse me access.  I believe it is also what's called "Fraud in the Inducement" to offer a refund guarantee and then not provide a refund.

If you want me to stop posting stuff all over the internet, and telling anybody and everybody that your organization ripped me off, I would suggest you contact Alex Cass if he has control of the money to get me my refund, so your reputation won't be further damaged.
