After Platinum Records Ernie Romero Ernie Romero of After Platinum Records refuses to repay deposits from cancelled Cory Gunz shows! Phoenix Arizona

Ernie Romero of After Platinum manages the artist Cory Gunz of Young Money. I booked him for 6 shows in January/February 2014. Artist was not informed of their schedule and double booked one of the dates scheduled. Contract stated that it needed to be returned within 24 hours. This was not done.

Mr Romero stated that we could take the deposit from the balance due (50% remaining due at venue for artist cost) to even everything out. The artist disagreed and demanded money even AFTER we had sent the money to refund the promoter who had the show cancelled. He breached the 24 hour contract and then was disagreeing with the solution the management already agreed to. He did not perform the last show and now owes me 2 deposits.

Mr Romero has decided to stop answering all phone calls in an effort to not have to repay his companies debts. BEWARE of any business with Ernie Romero, After Platinum, and Cory Gunz. They have no issues breaking contracts and making you deal with court for a year to get your money.
