Adrian Manz Did not get back to me and keeped my money & i ordered it Directly from him Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 Internet

Ive purchased Adrian Manz's Around The Horn Pattern Scan Plug-in for metastock and in His Refund or Exchange Policy it states "All sales carry a 60-day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us via email or telephone (310)584- 6590 for a full refund." (which was the whole reason i purchased the product in the first place).

After puchase, I was emailed by him saying it would be shipped out in the morning which was cool. I waited for the product 5 days out of consideration. Turned out that meta stock had forgotten to ship it and management applogized and it was shipped. Finally, when the product was recieved, I tried it and didn't want it. (all this occurred within 2 weeks) so of course, I began calling and emailing for my return. 

I even emaild meta stock to get a refund. They informed me it was processed by Adrian Manz and i needed to get in touch with him. I've left emails with him, I've called the number on the website, left messages, I even managed to get ahold of his wife's desk number and left a message. AND NOTHING. NO RESPONSES.. 

NOW, Im seeing advertisements of his through Marketauthority.com with a money back guarantee. If this guy can't be trusted with a couple hundred dollars.. HOW can you trust him with $50,000+??

Where is the Trust, Integrity, and my money?!?!
