Charles Napper is a scammer and his company Accedium Limited is a scam. So don't deal with them. They illegally operated in MALTA and were kicked out by the MALTA government (Google Accedium Limited to see the MALTA government report). Now he moved to London UK continuing to offer his fraudulent insurance services. He does not pay any claims and you will be very sorry when you try to make a claim just like I was. So don't fall prey to him like I did. You have been warned!!!
