Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ordered engine from this company, engine delivered damaged, they promised refund and to this date no response or action, never again; do not use these guys!! I am a military veteran with over 30 years and I have never been screwed by anyone, these guys are the pits and cannot be trusted. I cannot contact them by any means, if anyone knows how, then please post it. Truly substandard products and service and I should have known it when the engine arrived late and damaged. This is definitely a scam and i figured as such when his secretary never called as he stated she would in reference to resolving the issue.

It's very disappointing to receive a comment like this. We work hard to offer quality used auto parts at a fair price, along with excellent service, and have investigated the concerns you have raised.
I'm sorry, but I have no record of doing business with a Daniel K. in Wichita, KS. But, you can email us your receipt or reference number to Sales@AIMuap.com to prove your statements are valid and receive a refund. I don't know how you are unable to contact us, our phone number is 1-866-548-2444, we are open Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 5:00pm (EASTERN TIME ZONE) .
Also, we do have a 90 DAY WARRANTY (clearly stated on all our receipts) and from the date of your post it seems you would still in warranty.
