RE MAX VAN LINES IS A SCAM!!!! NOTICE HOW THEY SAY THEY HAVE 30 YEAR'S OF EXPERIENCE! That is very interesting since they just opened in MAY 2012!!! MORE LIKE 7 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE! And They just pay companies to put up bogus good review's that never happened! How couldone company have so many good review'sin 7 month's when they only own 1 truck? There salesman "Jason" who is so ready to help take your deposit/money is really Maxx Socher AKA FINEST MOVER'S, FEDERAL MOVING SYSTEM, ZOOZ TRANSPORTATION, ALL SCAMMER'S and all tied in with Maxx Socher. If you look up him on google he has plastered maxx this.com and that.com to push down all the REAL INFO ON HIM but look at pages 4 and 5 on Google or just type in Maxx Socher moving scams and you will see. I thought this company was part of "Re-Max" Real Estate company (as they have there web-site look just like there's". Well I called and they have NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. I also was overcharged on my original move price of $2300.00 to $4170.00!!!!! and if i did not pay they said they would "dump it in the street" well ive done my research "just wish i did it sooner" I called the D.O.T and they said they only have insurance for 1 truck and the multiple truck's they show you are to make you believe "they do the entire move", when in fact i never had a "re-max" van pick me up nor deliver me.I also called the DOT and found out they company only ones 1 truck and they put in they have many to make it look like they do the entire move.Well the D.O.T is now looking into that. I found out this company broker's the deliveries out as the guy who delivered my thing's said he was just a sub-contracter that re-max hired to deliver my thing's "which i am missing 8 boxes" what a nightmare BEWARE!!!

Maxx Socher, Grace Metzger Evolving Scam- Full Service Van Lines and Remax Van Lines Announce Merger! REALLY???

AUTHOR: CJ Ward - ()

POSTED: Sunday, January 26, 2014

I found some other interesting information tonight. Read on for an interesting tale of a merger that is not a "merger!"

Interesting that Full Service Van Lines was formerly Moving and Storage Accounting Service Inc. (listed agents are Grace Metzger and Maxx Socher) are merging with Remax Van Lines which is listed as a fictitious name for Moving and Storage Accounting Inc. (listed agents are Grace Metzger and Maxx Socher).

This press release was done on Jan. 7, 2014 and makes it sound like these 2 big moving companies are merging, when it fact, based on the documents filed with the State of Florida, it is all the same people, under one company.

Read the FOLLOWING MERGER  notice and then follow along.

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 7, 2014 - POMPANO BEACH, Fla. -- Representatives from Remax Van Lines Inc., Pompano Beach, FL and Full Service Van Lines Inc, Pompano Beach, FL, are proud to announce a definitive merger agreement to consolidate into a unified cooperative. The consolidated company will assume business as Full Service Van Lines.

Remax Vanlines members were eligible to vote on the proposed merger. The merger was finalized with the result of a majority vote over 97% in favor of the merger. A total of nearly 95% of all Remax Van Lines members voted.

The proposal to consolidate was a result of careful consideration and extensive research conducted by both Boards of Directors and managers. The merger came about based on several key factors identified by both companies. The cooperatives determined that pursuing a merger is the best way to maintain pace with customers’ ever-changing demands of reputable moving companies, full service movers, office relocation, and storage needs. The consolidation of the companies will help improve and expand service areas in order to meet the present and future needs of potential customers.

Full Service Van Lines (formerly Moving and Storage Accounting Services Inc), was established in 1986. The company experienced growth and acquisitions for many years and in 1990, the Full Service Van Lines brand was established. Full Service is of course a full-service moving and storage company, specializing in all categories of moving services including but not limited to, long distance residential relocation services, local moving, and commercial moving services. The company currently operates in several states and now, with the merger, has doubled both warehouse space and fleet size.

“This unification means growth for not only our companies, but also for the amount of customers that we can provide top quality services to for years to come. Our goal in all of this has been to do what is in the best interest for our personnel, our customers, and to provide a peace of mind to customers looking to move with a reputable company with now a combined 40 years experience” says Ryan Harlett, general manager of Full Service Van Lines. “The No. 1 reason to merge companies is to unite two of the top rated moving carriers which both have proven track records and to continue success for our customers, our employees and carry on the Full Service legacy as a whole.”

Expanding its territory east, north, and west. Remax Van Lines currently operates in 10 locations and consists of 13 straight trucks, three tractor trailers, and a 8,000 square foot state of the art storage facility.

“Our Board’s goal has been to do the right thing for our employees, for the members of our cooperative, and for future generations of the members of our cooperative. I believe that we have accomplished that goal,” says Grace Metzger, owner of Remax Van Lines.

“We look forward to serving the Remax Van Lines and Full Service Van Lines customers  with assets attained through this merger and with future equipment and facility investments that are in the development stages," says Metzger. “We’re also very eager and excited to welcome the Remax Van Lines employees into the Full Service Van Lines family.”

Are you sitting down? If so, then please go here and see the fictitious name filing:  http://www.sunbiz.org/scripts/ficidet.exe?action=DETREG&docnum=G13000043785&rdocnum=G13000043785

Clearly, Remax is also Moving and Storage Accounting Inc. which is a Maxx Socher and Grace Metzger company.

Now stay with me.... and go here and look at this: http://www.sunbiz.org/scripts/ficidet.exe?action=DETREG&docnum=G13000106529&rdocnum=G13000106529

There is no "MERGER!"

BOTH Remax Van Lines and Full Service Van Lines are actually Moving and Storage Accounting Inc. The addresses are the same, the players are the same and the state of Florida has the proof.

I am not sure who Ryan Harlett and Jason Stokes are, but they are not the listed agents for these companies. Nope, indeed the listed agents are Grace Metzger- President and drum roll please Maxx Socher- Vice President.

I told Josh Socher I was a research expert. All the dots are coming together, and it all points to SCAM! I am still digging to see what his role in all this might be, for my own case against them.

Hope this information is helpful to some of the victims!

Stay tuned!!

New Company Owned by Maxx Socher and Grace Metzger

AUTHOR: CJ Ward - ()

POSTED: Sunday, January 26, 2014

Just wanted to share some information I ran across in case anyone needs to persue Maxx Socher and Grace Metzger. They currently have a company listed as a Florida For Profit Corporation. The name of the company is

MOVING AND STORAGE ACCOUNTING INC

Document number: P11000078227
FEIN: 300697688

More information can be found here:

And HERE:

You can also search public records to determine if they own any real property, in case you get a judgment against them in court, as you may be able to get a lein against anything they own.

I am in the middle of dealing with relatives of Maxx Socher,  Joshua Socher and his wife Jodi Socher. They own a fraudulent company, and moved us, causing massive damage to our household goods and refuse to answer the insurance company or provide any documents. They have been fined $50, 260.00 by the DOT and were sued by Ryder Systems Inc. for using the Ryder name.

I find it amazing that the state of Florida allows these people to just open business after business, after business when their names are associated with so many complaints. I truly think everyone should contact the State Attorney's office in Florida and ask Pam Bondi why she is not going after these scammers??

I have filed my complaint with them and hope everyone here will too! Go here:images.sunbiz.org/COR/2013/0402/46351380.tif to download the form: myfloridalegal.com/webfiles.nsf/WF/MRAY-8KMFXT/$file/ConsumerComplaint.pdf fill it out and send it back.

The only way to stop these people and get them behind bars for fraud is for EVERYONE to follow through and file a complaint. I am also looking into the possibility of a class action lawsuit.

As soon as I have more information, I will post it here: movingscambusters.blogspot.com

Good luck everyone!

re max van lines are going to be sued by re max real estate company

AUTHOR: Kari - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, January 14, 2014

You can only switch company names and hide behind "fake ones " for so long. I just got done unpacking all my belonging's (WHICH WAS DELIVERED BY ANOTHER COMPANY NOT REMAX AS THEY SAID THEY DO THERE OWN DELIVERIES) The driver who delivered told me they just hire them to do deliveries for them. About half my boxes were crushed, missing 55" l.e.d TV and when i called today to speak to Jason (a.k.a Maxx Socher) Some lady got on the phone and basically was yelling at me because they lost my 55" tv. When i asked about compensation she told me all i will get is .60c/lb or $30.00!!!! $30 for a $1800 TV CROOKS also my son's new X-box was missing along with 5 games!!! and they delivered my $1200.00 mattress strapped to the back of the truck and of course it rained and is now ruined

I was beyond upset, that's why i did all this research and found out this crook MAX SOCHER also worked with Global express vanlines, Zooz Transportation, king's van lines, Federal moving system's, all-state moving. All these companies within 4 year's he goes for 6 months destroy's people lives then switches the name now his new scam "re max van lines omly opened since 5/5/13 but want to make you believe they been open for 30 yrs. Also Maxx Socher put the company in his girlfriend's name Grace metzer!

The best part is when i was reading through all these BOGUS review's they paid to be put up they had people write review's back in 3/2013 when the company did not even start doing business until May!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THERE ARE MANY QUALITY COMPANIES OUT THERE IF THEY WONT COME TO YOUR HOUSE TO GIVE YOU A "BINDING PRICE" THEN MOVE ON TO A COMPANY THAT WILL.

Also i called the headquarter's for the real RE MAX real estate company who said they have no affiliation whatsoever and did not evn know they were using there name, color scheme and pretending to let customer's think they are associated!!
