You are completely responsible for continuing the practice of taking peoples money. You feign innocence and act like you are not participating in fraud yet you still are.

Numerious emails with lies about oh my order is almost completed. Stringing me along for weeks. I hope your company gets shut down and you can no longer do this to people.

I'm not sure who even posted this, but my real name, my address, my personal gmail account and my cell phone number are all public.  I take pride in the businesses I am involved in, and I do my best to make sure everyone is satisfied.

Considering our average order is $16 total (including shipping), there's not a lot of profit to be had for me to rip someone off.

Whoever posted this, just email me personally, or call my cell phone, or visit my headquarters on Halsted in Chicago.  I'd be happy to make things right.

The bonus for posting this is that I am going to market my site as "Featured on Rip Off Report" -- we have thousands of happy customers, but since we're a tiny shop in Chicago, I'm sure orders fall through the cracks.

It's a $7 custom printed t-shirt, not a housing contractor or a 5 figure used car.  I'm happy to fix the problem, out of my own wallet if necessary.

So lo and behold, I finally had to track these guys down on Face Book only to discover that others were also being ignored and getting ripped off. I replied to a customer's discussion and the owner (along with his pathetic excuses) finally refunded my money. (See convo below)  I still will not use these guys and will make sure no one I know does either!!

• A.b. Dada Jeremy Allen: You posted this on December 10 and my assistant who manages this facebook page responded on December 11th. She didn't get a response from you so she probably filed it as closed -- sometimes orders take forever via USPS.

  We are a TINY shop in a ghetto neighborhood of CHicago and we try to go out of our way to fix problems. I'm sorry your order was ignored. Christmas is not a holiday I cherish like most, because it's impossible for a shop with a $70,000 annual budget for payroll to hire the 10 people we need for 3 weeks to manage orders.
