I am interested in joining a class action lawsuit against PetAmberAlert.com They repeatedly take people's money that are desperate and hurting, and then do absolutely nothing. Total fraud making claims with no action, not even a return phone call.

Personally, I have called five times and sent 3 emails outlining the series of events. I have also put in a dispute with my credit card company disputing the charge as fraudulant.

Apparently they have done this to others and it is time the word got out to protect others. Are there any Attorney's out there that would like to take this on?

I am starting a personal legal claim against them, but we would be stronger in a group.

They refunded my money

After 5 phone calls, 5 emails, and informing them that I had posted here, filed a dispute with the credit card company and had already contacted an Attorney they FINALLY refunded my $209.98. A month late, but at least they did the right thing.
