This store uses breeders that are violators of the USDA.. One of their breeders is under going criminal investigation for breaking Federal Law "The Animal Welfare Act", Nebraska State Law (it's a midwest Puppy Mill), and the USDA. They have admitted publicly that they use this breeder.
They have never been in the Pet store business before opening in Corona Del Mar. The owners have no regard for the health hazards of their patrons by supplying puppy mill dogs and lying about it. They commit consumer fraud and tell you they do not use puppy mills from out of state... Ask the Newport Beach City Council.. they were supplied with legal USDA documents and video footage or "I Heart Puppies" Puppy Mill Suppliers.
This store is unethical, supports, and supplies their puppy mill dogs from documented criminals who violate the law, and put the health and welfare of patrons and their children at stake.

First of all, never did this company say they don't get their pups out of state. I was given a plethera of info on the breeder and provided with photos of the breeders gorgeous home and photos of the family. Maybe if they had a ton of the same dog, that would be quesitonable, but they always had different type of breeds from all around, always. Not to mention healthy. I took my pup to a local vet that advised they get all of the stores pups for checkups, and if they really didn't care, they wouldnt have invested the time and the Vet wouldn't stand behind them!
I am a very satified customer of this store and people have nothing better to do!!! I have a beautiful healthy 2 year old toy poodle that's so active and full of life. She is 10000% healthy and absolutely nothing wrong with her! Check out the stores in Santa Ana off Bristol that have been there for 5+ years constantly changing owners and dogs kept in filthy cages. At least I heart puppies took their pups home and rotate turns! It's shame that the wrong people are targeted for absoutely nothing! And if this was all true it wouldnt be on some lame website and all over the news! Bunch of scallywags.
