Child Protective Services CPS,CWS. Southbay Juv. Dependency courts, Dependency Legal Group PTSD in a 12 yr old child. Depression where there never was before. Failing 7th grade with all "F"'s after a lifetime of "A" and "B". Mom cannot work or function due to PTSD. National city, California

 THe following letter should give a brief of what I feel ripped off about. It's called a life.  A life that nobody cares about but me and her.

I have never seen a system so screwed up and completely unaccountable (other than HHSA... A different story). I have never read such awful things about me that never happened but swayed a judge and constiuents to ruin a small child's life and a blemish free mother of 21 years. I have never had so much disappointment in our judicial system and their lack of regard for our constitution and bill of rights and civil rights. Its a joke... They are making it a JOKE! And people wonder why we despise Government??? Who is brave enough to overthrow that Government as provided in our u.s. constitution? (notice.... no caps... THEY DON'T DESERVE THE RECOGNITION THE LOVELESS, INHUMANE JERKS)

I will not stop till I die until I find justice and see that my little girl suffers no more PTSD, Depression, Anger, Sadness and desire to come home to her mother. I will not stop! I will not stop! She will come home! She will have the college education she WAS striving for. She will have the classes in Gymnastics and go on to the Olympics as she WAS striving for. She will have what she deserves... God says... Vengance is mine.... I think that I am here to help that happen in every judicial and legal form possible. And the government will pay every single penny of what it takes to be sure that she achieves her goals and I achieve mine!

My daughter was taken - stolen - removed - kidnapped by CPS. I was never informed of my rights. I was never regarded as a human being. I was coerced, and manipulated. The heresay and false allegations were allowed in court. I was punished, according to them, but my beautiful, full of life, normal, decent, wonderful, talented daughter was too... We are now just victims of a horrible institution that our STUPID STATE of CALIFORNIA allows. False allegations, lack of representation, disregard for my rights and my daughter's rights and complete ruination of several lives... They just get in their little gov't paid cars and go home to abuse their kids and families and get away with murdering innocent lives in the course of a work day with a smile on their faces.

Thanks for listening ... It's been since October 2011 and I'm still clinically depressed and have not been able to work since... I finally went back to college. Law is my hobby... Architecture is my major. I couldn't be a lawyer as everyone thought I should because I CANNOT LIE!!! Same goes for politics, although I have been told I could change the face of government if I ran for something or another. I think I'll just stay honest and fight the jerks that ruin good people and good families.

My Letter to our Governor...

DEAR GOVERNOR BROWN:

I have had the displeasure of dealing with CPS, CWS, Dependency Legal Group (San Diego County), South Bay Court Juvenile Dependency courts, and CPS' attorney who all have had absolutely no remorse in disrespecting a family of 21 years, a motherhood of 21 years without blemish, and ruining a child's and a mother's lives!

I emailed the Obudsman's office and the response was "what do you want me to do about it?". More disrespect and absolutely no remorse, concern, compassion or REGARD FOR THE LAWS OF OUR STATE AND OUR COUNTRY WHATSOEVER!!!

I am inclined and will follow through with a law suit against all of the above and then some... Furthermore, I will file a CLASS ACTION SUIT with all other victims of these organizations that our state of California backs up. Bankrupt will not be the word for the financial state of this state.

Furthermore, I will not stop at this letter/email to you if I do not get a reasonable offer of effective communication with an effective outcome immediately before MY DAUGHTER plummets due to the distress and abuse that these organizations have caused her (not to mention me!).

My next letter goes to my Senator, Congressman, and straight up to the President if I am not heard, happy and feel that we have gotten a fair shake at TRUTH AND JUSTICE... What we pride our country on!

I have had the displeasure of dealing with our "so-called" justice system to the extent that I could take the bar and pass without one class in law and I am, without question, able and willing and angry enough to take on the task.

Send me a form letter to pacify me and I will proceed... Send me a HUMAN BEING willing to go the distance and I will think three times. Give me restitution and I will consider alternatives.

I await your personal answer, and rest assured I am not a joke, nor will take one. I am going to sue the state of California and all of those involved with supporting the ludicrous organizations that have absolutely no humanity, decency, or consideration for the human spirit and above all... NO RESPECT FOR OUR CIVIL RIGHTS AND OUR CONSTITUTION.
