Wells Fargo, tired of letting the banks get away with
this???? I am getting about 50-100 people together with the same problem that I
have, (this is to start) and mine is about illegal foreclosure.

Same issues with Wells Fargo in ny

We have the same issues: Over a year of this modification process of sending the same documents over & over (15 - 20 times) we faxed, mailed, emailed, uploaded to their website & sent these documents a number of times to their attorneys d as well. After waiting months for them to rethese our documents they insisted we didn't send everything requested & what they did admit to receiving they tell us the documents are now out dated! Despite the # of fax confirmation reports, receipts of uploads we made to their site or copies of the read emails we sent w/ our documents they stildemand and more doc's. We also ow on our 7th preservation specialist who told us yesterday toll need to submit an entire new packet! Help!
