These people, Billie Attaway, Guido Evangelista and other cohorts in their mortgage scam will convince you that the documents they will have you sign is all legitimate and are all "mandatory" documents that all borrowers must sign in order to get a mortgage. Every year or two they have a new company name and one of the associates is always changing his number every year or so. Some of the website names I've discovered through research so far is: okcap.net,
CRECAPITAL.NET, MHRUS.COM, 1X1WEB.ORG.

It seems they start a website and shut it down whithin a year or two. I guess this has been their method and avoiding negative backlash catching up to them.

Well, after you sign the paperwork, they will use the documents to "steal" your house. A deed in lieu of foreclosure is a document that can only be signed "after" a borrower ends up in default. Also, a deed in lieu of foreclosure is a document that the borrower has to initiate through writing the lender a letter asking if their willing to accept a deed in lieu of foreclosure.

A deed in lieu of foreclosure, if signed prior to being in default, and if initiated by lender, is deemed done in "bad faith". If a lending company makes it a "requirement" to sign simultaneous at the time you sign and obtain the mortgage on the same day, not only is this considered done in "bad faith" but if the lending company has this as a requirement for a scaggering majority of their borrowers, this is deemed a "mortgage scam".

They use the mailing address of PO Box 302, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29465

I'm gathering evidence, witnesses, victims, etc. of their activities. If anyone out there has any information at all regarding their mortgage scam lending practices, please contact me at (((REDACTED))) @gmail.com. You might not know what you know, but the littlest thing could be helpful, so even if you don't think you know anything but you know who these people are, please contact me as I gather evidence, witnesses, victims, etc. for the class action suit I'm putting together.

Thanks!

STAY AWAY, STAY FAR FAR FARRRRRRRRR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS WHO WILL STEAL YOUR HOUSE AND LIE TO YOU & YOU WILL THINK THEY'RE TELLING YOU THE TRUTH AND ON YOUR SIDE UNTIL THEY GET THEIR dirty claws in all your assetts they they will take every and leave you with nothing, not even a pot to piss in. They will intentionally hit you with notes on top of notes and have you dishing out all your money and after they figure out that they have all your money and that you're no good to them anymore, they will take your house and sell it for even more money.

I will be happy to work with you and chime into that class action law suit you want to get going, but I don't have any more money after they drained my pockets. I still have all the paperwork they lied to me that I was siging documents that are "required" and I found out the same thing that they violated my consumer rights and they need to pay for their lies and scams.

Oh and Guido Evangelista also goes by the name Vincenzo Evangelista. I dont' know which name is his first or which is his middle name, but his last name is Evangelista.
