Gadgets and Gizmos misrepresenting knock off merchandise; defective products; customer return of defective products Internet

I ordered 4 Big Wheel Clocky clocks which I assumed were Nanda Home original products. (Big Wheel Clocky is the name that Nanda Home uses.) These were to be Christmas gifts. I recd promptly but these were knock-offs of the Nanda Home clocks. I immediately checked all units for operability -- Only one of the four actually worked. I contacted Vendor. He said I would have to pay return shipping for the defective merchandise (I kept the one non-defective unit) -- Gadgets & Gizmos' shipping order which was included in the box that arrived did indicate that returns would be at customer expense. However, I was not notified of this return "policy" prior to ordering the merchandise. Two problems (1) misrepresentation of merchandise that was actually a knock off version; (2) Return "policy" for defective merchandise not disclosed up front to customer. Gadgets & Gizmos did credit my credit card for 3 of the fake, defective Clockys but did not credit my cost of returning the defective merchandise. My advice: Do not risk buying from this Vendor.
