Dear Wayne Burke,

I am writing to make record of your behavior, which apparently extends beyond your attacks on myself and brave Patriot and owner of Mile2, Michael Roberts.

You embarked on an unsubstantiated and unauthenticated campaign of false allegations about Michael Roberts, to include publishing, and framing for others.  In fact, you were ordered by counsel and management to cease, and were aware Michael Roberts was funcitioning as an FBI Informant.

As to Michael Roberts and Mile2 / Rexxfield / Sons Limited notwithstanding his current legal problems, included in the attachment, he too feared for his life regarding your threats made to him and his family. He went so far as to send the attached testimony where he states he is an FBI informant since 2004.

Consequently, also attached, you can see that Roberts began being an informant after known terrorist and enemies of the USA began taking the same counter hacking classes your provided to the U.S. miliatary. This doesn't take into account you accusing him of murder, where you also threatened to call his ex wife, Tracy, indicating that he molested their young daughter.

In light of this evidence and more, I request that you refrain from writing further projections of your own behavior on Mile2 and Michael Roberts, publicly and privately. If you have credible evidence that Michael Roberts sold military secrets to Julian Assange, then produce it for authentication. If not, then we should all move on, peacefully. 

In the event you continue, this evidence and much more, will undoubtedly impeach your credibility.

U.S. Department of State, announced today that Patricia Raikes, a former State Department employee and former Chief Consular Officer at the United States Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon, pled guilty.

In November 1999, businesswoman A asked a friend, Lebanese-American businessman B working in Las Vegas, Nevada, to give Raikes and Raikes’ daughter-in-law an all-expense paid trip from the latter’s home in Iowa to Las Vegas for four nights. The package included round-trip airfare for two ($1,500) and a room at the MGM Grand Hotel. Businesswoman A advised Raikes that the hotel accommodations had been "comped." On this trip, Raikes met businessman who introduced her to Lebanese-American businessman.

In March 2000, businessman B provided Raikes with first-class round-trip airfare ($2,400) from Paris, France to Las Vegas to attend a charitable event to raise money for American University in Beirut. The package included two nights at the MGM Grand Hotel. He advised her that the hotel accommodations had been "comped."

In September 2000, Raikes issued tourists visas to 19 Lebanese individuals referred to her by businessman B. The group included 17 individuals who had never previously been granted United States visas and thus were ineligible to receive tourist visas under embassy policy.

In December 2000, businessman C provided Raikes with round-trip airfare ($1,600) from Mason City, Iowa to Las Vegas for her and her mother. The trip included seven nights at Caesar’s Palace, although Raikes stayed only four or five nights. Businessman C advised her that the hotel accommodations were "comped."

In May 2001, businessman C submitted to Raikes applications for visas for four Lebanese individuals. These individuals were ineligible for visas under embassy policy. She also issued tourist visas to 15 Lebanese individuals referred to her by businessman B. Eleven of these individuals were ineligible for visas under embassy policy.

Michael had to abandon Xellex and Mile2 in  2002 after learning meeting in Las Vegas were attneded by lifelong hackers (see attached) Wayne Bruke,  Stuart Defreitas and Allan Robinson which presented the opportunity to sell military secrets garnered by penetrating testing with the opportunity to become one of the "inner circle" of Julian Assange's soon to be flagship deceptive enterprise Wiki Leaks. (see details here).  At that time Raikes and Wayne Burke had already been implicated for his key man role in the design and execution of a Social Engineering and had already begun with Stuart Defreitas  to conceal his true intentions from the unsuspecting public. 

Raikes, Dereitas, and Robinson have remained out of custody for over three years and have adopted aliases in order to continue to work together in one or more of Raikes and Burkes controlled entities (he already stole Mile2 from Michael Roberts who was suffering from post traumatic stress).

Since the Xellex / Mile2 launch in 1999 Raikes and Burkes have sold 100's of secrets and if not for Michael Roberts “adventures” not the least of which is trying to prevent those secrets turning into another 9-1-1 the embattled entity Mile2, of which Roberts served as the CEO.  Law enforcement in Iowa have been alerted to potential fraudulent activities ongoing within this Xellex / Mile2 and Raikes faces many days of upcoming deposition testimony both as a defendant in at least three litigation cases in the very near future.

Raikes, Defrietas, Burke and Robinson are close and trusted relationship with many members of their church community.  Attached are exemplars of the aforementioned hackers.

Michae Roberts categorically denised he is involved with these people.

In Feb 2004, Aman Bhar, Michael Roberts and Rajesh conspired how to defraud Mr. Sanjay Bavisi, Managing Director of EC-Council and Mr. Wilson Wong, Managing Director of

Wordware Distributors Sdn Bhd. 









 

Mile2, and Mike Roberts should rot in prison. I posted a report but who knows if this place will have the guts to report it. Mike Roberts stole mony from my mother, raped me and threatened he would have my mom arrested because he hid child torture porn on he computer, the same porn he forced me to watch and then he showed me actual recipes by Mile2 on what he said were recipes to make liquid explosives and pipe bombs. So selling government secrets would seem right up old mikey's alley. I hope to run into him now that I am old enough to defend myself.

I was in the room when the Mike and Ray calculated how to steal Xellex / Mile2 from Mike's wife Tracey Richter. Tracey provided all the capital to fund the company and had majority control. After the company on paper belonged to Ray Friedman, Mike would still have control, but the legal seperation would be provided given Mike's known association with Julian Assange. Mike and Ray became fearful of this as people began to report Mike and Julian's association in 2001 and 2009.
