I LOST MY FAMILY HOME OF 25 YEARS THANKS TO LOAN MOD HELP CENTER...
I started my loan modification with Loan Mod Help Center back in Oct 2011. I was only 1 month behind and Moe Bedard personally told me to Fall Behind and he can get a Loan Modification for me. He said he knows everyone at the Bank including Attorneys at the Banks because everyone works with him through his site Loansafe.org. DONT TRUST THIS SITE ITS ALL B.S all the blogs are FAKE to make MOE and his DBA looks good... DON"T be another one of his victims ... I found out that he collected over $3,000,000 Dollars from distressed homeowners who were trying to save their homes... MOE will say whatever it takes for you to do business with his organization.....
He told me i was going to get a Principle reduction of $150,000 thousand because of the new LAWS ... COme to find out there is no NEW LAWS about principle reduction .... He told me i was going to get a 2.0% he told me because of my income meets the banks needs of 31% i was going to get the Loan Modificaiton 100%.... My Lender is Vericrest COME TO FIND OUT my bank didn't even accept BAIL OUT MONEY and is not participating in the HAMP program... Don't trust his sites Loansafe.org or anyone he is marketing on this site is also a SCAM, FRAUD, Money Taking Rats... I lost my home of 25 years because MOE BADARD said he was going to Stop the Sale .... The Sale Happened Jan 15, 2012 and no one is picking up or responding back to me ... I just got an unlawful retainer and need to be out of the house by Feb, 2012...
I don't understand how MOE Badard LOAN MOD HELP CENTER is getting away with all this .... THis guy should be in JAIL...

I am not standing up for either of the companies you mentioned. (loansafe or loan mod help center) I would like to see your contract where is states you must pay 10,000 BEFORE you get a satisfactory loan mod. It is illegal for any non attorney to accept any money upfront. THEY HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE MODIFICATION IS APPROVED AND YOU AGREE WITH IT. (its a mars ruling look it up). If what you say is true i know of an attorney who will represent you and only get paid when you win.
