I entered into a contract on June 4, 2010. I paid the deposit required of $2,900.00  The contract was to puchase a home of my choosing.  The program he has was to finance the home for 5.5%.  Ron Russell advertises that he has access to Bank of America foreclosed homes list in which he can purchase homes for much less than the genral public. I found a bank of America foreclosed home and entered into a contract to purchase the home.  Ron Russell did not have the funding to purchase the home.  As of June 16, 2010 I submitted a request for refund as per contract I was supposed to wait 10 days after requesting a refund in writing.  We spoke and he was agreeable to pay the refund within a week.  June 22 or June 23.  I visited the offit the located at 2701 Cottage Way Ste 27 Sacramento, CA 95825-1223.  Not only was he not there at the agreed upon time he started refusing phones calls to his office.  He would only communicate via email.  Which I complied via corporate email just in case I needed offical records later.  He submitted a letter stating that he would refund everyones money in 30 days as of July 17, 2010.  I have not communicated with Ron Russell.  He will not accept calls from anyone he knows only new clients in which he can collect money from.  I am in the process of submitting this information to Sacramento County Real Estate Fraud Division, California DRE and Sacramento County Superior Court.  I warn anyone who is ineed of housing to stay away from this man.  He attemps to use relgion to disstort his fraudulant plans.  He may have started out with good intentions, but he has used clients money to pay his bills and to keep up the apperances of operating a legitimate business.  If you have been cheated by this man take the proper steps and procescute him go the District Attorneys office and file the claim.  Take him to court, file claims with the DRE do not wait or hope for a refund...
