He neither has money to fund projects nor does he intend to give you back your money if he does not fund your project.

He makes a living stealing money from individuals hoping to get a commercial project funded. He is a scam artist. He has no integrity and many have been taken by him for thousands of dollars. He moves around a lot and changes his number when he gets too many calls from people wanting money back, CHANGES COMPANY NAMES, OR WORKS UNDER SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME.
