Ilan Mishan is an Israeli SCAM ARTIST who has been fled his own country (Israel) to continue his criminal activities in the United States.
He started in 1994 with K.I.M Consulting for less than an year and then onto being a Senior Network Engineer at AAWN. Upon getting newly married (left a wife and kid in Israel) and running out of money he decided to start a SPAM operation called OC3Networks (http://www.OC3Networks.com).
During his SPAM operations in Woodland Hills, CA he hosted and rendered services to the most notorious spammers know to the world as he was listed in the ROKSO list at http://www.Spamhaus.org.
As he grew his network by supporting Spammers, he then moved his small time office to a telecom building in DownTown Los Angeles, 530 W. 6th St. Suite 504, Los Angeles , CA 90014.
OC3Networks (http://www.OC3Networks.com), Ilan Mishan started bringing in more and more spammers to his network. As this array of spammers came on board and his bills piled up, he stopped paying his bills and started talking pretty BIG in different forums until he pissed the wrong people off and got his entire network shut down in 2006.
After being down for many days, he restructured OC3Networks with good old porn hosting and brought on a couple of dirty player friends like Chris Gotzmann, Michael Sanduval and George Becerra.
Then came his bigger customer of Korean Porn sites and Korean Spam ran by Mr. Paul Kim, Black Sun Technologies (http://www.BlackSun.net).
A couple of FTC lawsuits and more porn industry favorites now being hosted with Ilan Mishan, he started PacificRack (http://www.PacificRack.com) who specializes in selling the CHEAPEST possible dedicated servers in the industry and storing them in the hottest data center environment.
With the help of his associates, he has been flooding WebHostingTalk (http://www.WebHostingTalk.com) with false positive reviews that makes PacificRack look like a legitimate company. Contrary to WHT rules and regulations, he has had his employees, (i.e. Chris Gotzmann, Michael Sanduval and George Becerra) speak very highly of customer service and industry questions and answers.

Combining all is SCAM sites and businesses who carry the worst reputation in the industry (http://www.FiberTech.com, http://www.WebZooLoo.com, http://www.OC3Networks.com, and http://www.PacificRack.com) to form Quadranet.
We are filing a federal lawsuit against Mr. Ilan Mishan when his new company hits the web on 01-01-2010 (avoiding other lawsuits) and would gladly meet him and his crew in court for justice.

As a former Employee of Quadranet (http://www.Quadranet.com), i would like to point out that Mr. Ilan Mishan who is the CEO and owner of the company has and will do anything to change the perspective of how the company is ran.
Speaking to my former colleagues, I was informed that his recent gig was to give a month free of service to current customers to have them put up Google reviews in order to show positive reviews and better outlook of company.
Below you will find new line of scammers that run the company and will do anything to take your money and give you a crappy service.

Kate Gerry, Network and Facilities Director

Ilan Mishan and Michelle Mishan currently live on (((REDACTED)))with thier two kids where most of their Israeli friends also reside when they are not ripping people off.
I have since moved on and run my own business and would not want anyone else to be taken advantage of by Quadranet.
