Over 15 people have filed a complaint on Ripoffreport.com against James "Jimmy" Mariany (www.mariany.com)... there may even be more he has ripped of in the last year or so and I plan on being the last. He has given me the same excuses and lies that he has given to everyone else he's ripped off in the past. I am in the process of getting in touch with others who have had the same infuriating experience with Jimmy. If you would like to organize a formal lawsuit against Jimmy, please get in touch with me at sp_jhu@hotmail.com. I hope to help everyone recover the money they were defrauded of, send him to jail, and ultimately make sure he can never do this again.

As noted in my own Rip-Off Report "Jimmy" is some piece of work! It has been 6 years now...still no money.....still same email saying he will pay me back.
