Infinity County Mutual Insurance Company Car hit me. Accident report shows other at fault. My insurance pays other person's car and bills off! Birmingham, Alabama

In October a car ran a redlight and hit me head on. I had a witness who had been right behind me at the time. I notified my insurance, Infinity the following day. A couple days later I obtained my accident report which showed the other person at fault. I had to notify her insurance company, ALFA.
 ALFA has worked with me through everything. They paid off my car she totalled when she hit me. They put me in a rental car for 2 weeks. They have stepped above and beyond.

I am in the process of moving to Texas. I called to lower my insurance coverage last week. She tells me it's going to cost $50 more a month. I was like what. She said insurance cost more in Texas. I accepted that until I was sent a detailed account of my car insurance information this past Saturday. It showed that I had 3 driving points. So I called up Infinity immediately to find out what is going on. The customer service rep. says it is showing 3 points due to your accident last October. I said the accedent that was not my fault???? He had to contact his supervisor. His records showed it was my fault. The person at fault, Lanette Nash, had called and claimed it on me. So what does Infinity do??? Oh that's right they pay her over $1300 for her car and another $600. I was like are you kidding me. I sent y"all a copy of the accident report and made a statement to you. The accident report shows her at fault and I even have a witness on it. I have to clear everything up even though it wasn't my fault. I have to go back to pick up another accident report and resend it to Infinity. You would think if they screwed up that they would do everything to make me happy! But no I have to prove myself!!! Needless to say, I am in the market for new insurance.
