TAX MASTERS took my money,never stoped levy or garneshment,they say they performed services they never did ,wont refund any money and says i still owe them. Internet

I hired Tax masters to take care of my 16000.00 tax bill. I gave them $ 3600.00 to stop garnishment's and levies, they did not stop them, the government levied my bank account, after I told tax masters about the levy, they did nothing, and the government then garnished my paycheck, and I told tax masters they said they would take care of it they did nothing.

 The government was able to get all there money with in 3 months, I almost lost everything i have, even my Job (I had no money to get to work), I ask tax masters for a refund, they tell me they filed my taxes for me,which they did not I had a CPA do them, they are charging me for stopping the garnishments and levies,which they obviously did not do,and charging me for several other things they did not do, and they tell me I owe them another $4000.00. I have never been so blatantly ripped off in all my life, I feel  like I have Just been robbed.
