TAX MASTERS RUN, not walk, away from this company! Houston, Texas

Where does one even begin to describe the ineptitude of this company?  The total disregard for the client ...  Patrick Cox, you should not even be allowed to run your ad on television - you are like a spider luring innocent people into your company web, squeezing money out of them in their hopes of getting their tax issues resolved, and then flinging them aside after you have gotten what you wanted - their money! You are a con artist of the worst type.
Rarely, if ever, could I reach my case coordinator by phone and leaving a phone message asking for a return call would be a joke.  I finally got my case manager's e-mail address but do you think those e-mails were ever answered?  And in 75% of the cases, my case manager "no longer worked for the company."  Now that makes perfect sense - perhaps they was an ounce of moral fiber in these people and they again wanted to be able to look themselves in the face when they woke up in the morning.  
I can't even begin to tell you the number of mistakes they made in preparing my returns and I FOUND most of them on my own.  But the best one was a $175,000 loss on the sale of a piece of property for which they prepared a tax form  and then forgot to include that number in the tax preparation numbers.  So two months ago, I tried calling and e-mailing my case manager (Celeste Boyd) -  every few days I put in a phone call or an e-mail.  NEVER ONCE got a response.  So around April 1st, I found that I had to be scheduled for open heart surgery.   So I called Celeste and told her that I HAD to have an answer from her the next day because I wanted to get my 2008 taxes resolved.  When I got no response (surprise, surprise) I called her immediate supervisor Janey Murphy and left a PLEADING message saying that I HAD to talk to someone.  I was not angry, I spoke in a very level tone - but I was getting desperate.  AGAIN, not even the DECENCY of a return phone call.
I will be reporting this to every Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, TV station etc etc that I can think of until I no longer see their ads on TV. No one deserves to be treated the way I was treated after I paid them good, hard earned  money only to be totally ignored.  TaxMasters is a true scam.
