My wife and I purchased her wedding ring for my wife at Diamond House Scottsdale. We paid by check because of the amount so we can not dispute. When we came back one week later to get the ring they told use they were still resizing the ring. It has been three weeks and we still do not have the ring. We get married next Saturday and we are sure it will be without the ring. We are pretty sure we lost the money and this guy is just a low life criminal. 25k is a lot to lose.

One of our recent customers advised us that report #1016148 pertaining to the Diamond House was posted on this website.
Since our management changed in July 2013, we are not aware of the situation illustrated since it took place prior to this time, nor do we have any records or knowledge regarding this transaction.
If we had any information regarding the customer, we would certainly try to reconcile the situation and assure them that the Diamond House stands behind its merchandise, warranties, services, and is an institution of integrity.
We, of course offer our sincere expression of regret that this situation occurred, but have to say that the present management of The Diamond House can take no responsibilitly for this unfortunate incident.
