Ben Smith, it was soon revealed, was a business partner of Michael Roberts.  Michael Roberts provided testimony at a child custody hearing that Ben Smith even provided a reference letter, on March 2011 six (months) before he filed murder charges against Michael Roberts ex-wife Tracey Richter Roberts.

But there were other things Smith had said that didn’t seem to add up.  He had signed an affidavit that he could “Michael Roberts would obey all court orders,” or something like that, and certain Judges  members believed Ben Smith, only to discover that Michael Roberts was a deadbeat Dad, found in contempt of court three seperate times,  Michael was a FOUNDED child abuser and while signing an affidavit claiming Michael would obey all court orders, secretly wrote a letter to the Australian consulate to help Michael violate a Judges order – and even helped Michael raise money to oppose the Judges ruling.

So what else has Benjamin Smith lied about?

Sac County, Iowa is looked down on by all the other communities in Iowa let alone the USA. On July 4, 2009, Sac City resident Mark Koster, 58, vanished. He had a new room mate that he had been living with, and supposedly left a note on his neighbors door saying "they'd see me in the spring, please take care of the property."
But when the spring of 2010 rolled around, Koster didn't come with it. He was listed as a missing person later that year after his brother, Daniel Koster, received notices that Mark's utility bills hadn't been paid, reports the Daily Mail.
In October of 2011, more than two years after his disappearance, officials declared Mark legally dead "by accidental or other violent means," adds the Sioux City Journal, still without any sign of his whereabouts.
He never returned after a police search of his home was declared legally dead by accidental or other violent means two years later, by Sac County police. Koster's family sold the residence in May of this year to a man who had planned to renovate it and make money off the property. When the new homeowner, found skeletal remains in the basement.

The warnings were ignored, the Sheriff was handcuffed by Attorney. Who elected these clows are they Republicans, Democrats, Tea Party? We may have a good ole boy network but never have we let women be murdered, raped because we ignored a warning from a prison.
