Case is not closed, everyone has NOT been paid. I am still owed $1,500. I was an actress who helped with wardrobe and makeup and after I found a phone number for Dalyboy, I contacted him and he assured me I would be getting paid within a week. 3 weeks have now passed, that number is now disconnected and have heard nothing from him. This is just too ridiculous! Get yor money upfront if you plan on dealing with Dalyboy.

I too am in the process of sueing Mr. Dalyboy Belgason aswell.  I am the person who was responsible for all the Casting.... Auditions... and finding a location.. I too was pormised and promised and promised and never received a sent.. Now he places my name on a film for credit and never paid me what he was going to.

Everything Andres says is true and, as a performer on the film, I witnesses much of what he states in his report.  If you see Dalyboy Belgason / Danny Hyppolite, clutch your wallet and run!

Sorry, but I don't believe ANYTHING in  this report about Blaine Dunkley.  Blaine, Kile, Andres and all the crew working on this film are known to be experienced, upstanding and respected workers in the entertainment industry in Hollywood.  They all have multiple credits working on respectable projects in the industry.  Whereas, Dalyboy Belgason or Danny Hyppolite has about 50 people hunting him down for payment!

Unfortunately, EVERYTHING this crew member wrote about Dalyboy Belgason / Danny Hyppolite is true. I know because I worked on the film The Heartbreaker's Revenge WEEKS ago and I have not been paid one single dollar for my work!  None of the actors have been paid and none of the crew have been paid.  

When we arrived in Desert Hot Springs the first day of shooting it was painfully obvious that Dalyboy knew NOTHING about film production, even though he claimed to be an experienced film maker.  We were principals (lead actors) on the film, yet we sat around the first day for over 8 hours doing nothing but waiting for everything to get set up - including waiting for him to run personal errands.  Dalyboy/Danny relied HEAVILY on his film crew (the same crew he now accuses of stealing), who were the only ones who knew anything about the business.

The Facebook page for the film has been taken down and it appears that Dalyboy/Danny plans to slip away without paying anyone!  

I am HAPPY and EAGER to join in any class action lawsuit filed against this man - please contact me when that happens.

Andres Sanclemente claimed that he's us citizen but he's an illegal alien that to came to USA with a student visas. At the moment his visas is expired. He's from Columbia and barely speak proper english. He claimed his a Director of Photography but he hasn't been any type of school. He has no experiences in film industry and he's a thief. He stole the footage's film of Dalyboy Belgason to put it on his on USB drive. When the film producer found out; he fired him amd his 3 friends that were involved in the act. (Blaine Dunkley, Phil, and Kile Stumbo). 

He's not trustworthy and he would steal from you. Andres was hired by Dalyboy Belgason as an intern with no pay. There was no agreement or contract of payment. When he started working as an intern in the office and he barely came to work because he's addicted smoking Cannibus. He's a pot's head and he can't stay focus on a task. He got fired 3 days later while we were shooting the movie. All his claims and accusations are false. 

As Director of Photographer and un-credited assistant director of "The Heart Breaker's Revenge" I can completely assure you that everything stated in Blaine Dunkley's report is true, and that the accusations made by an unanimous  Danny Hippolite are false. Blaine was my AC on that shoot. All these accusations of theft upon us are  false. I worked for Danny Hippolite for a month at his Office on 8560 Sunset Blvd.

This individual lies about everything, below I will post his most common lies: Name, he tells everyone his name is Daliboy Belgason, thats a lie, his real name is Danny Hippolite and I know because being his employee for a month I saw it constantly on envelopes around the office. - He says he's done 16 films but cant produce proof of any, only "Heartbreaker's Revenge", because my camera crew and I shot it. He says he's a Harvard Lawyer and that he graduated from a 4 year Filmmaking Program in NYFA. I find both claims very hard to believe after all the lies he constanly tells, plus he's photographically clueless.  

He claims he's Cuban but can't speak more than a few sentances of broken spanish. He's Haitian,  speaks creole. Here is a list of the People I personally know he owes money to for "Heart Breakers Revenge": Actors, TV Cops, Rental Houses, Office on Sunset  (ask for Mike on 5th Floor),  ows them $8,000 dollars, Crew: Camera Assitant, Gaffer, Sound Operator and Myself. He ows me $3000 dollars and more once I weight in all the hassle this individual (Danny Hippolite) has had me go through. Never in my life had I had to sue or file reports of this nature, it's not my style.

Blaine Dunkley never mentioned that he stole the footage and put it on his hard drive  when the film producer found out that he stole his footage then he stopped the movie and fired these 4 theives Kile Stumbo, Blaine Dunkley, Phil, and Andres Sanclemente make a plan to steal the footage of the film from Dalyboy Belgason. Everyday was ok in the beginning and all of sudden they want to steal the footage everything went wrong.

Dalyboy Belgason is an honest man and he worked hard to put this movie together. He has the right to fight for his property and these guys are crooked and they are not trustworthy. People should never hire them in California or anywhere else in the world. they would steal your money, property, assets pr anything you own.
