Jerry Matthews is a fraud. I paid him $500 to add tradelines to my reports. After 90 days they still were not reporting.He would email me and lie and say that they were. He then promised to refund my money which he has never done. This started in January of 2012. He does not pick up his phone when confronted. He will give the excuse that he is coaching or will call you back but never will. He is a phony and i will be taking him to small claims court.

Shane has been very helpfull and we have worked out a conclusion. I respect Shane for her efforts in the "Jerry" aftermath. I only give respect where respect is earned. And Shane has definately earned it. Shane, I hope your company prospers beyond expectations.

Shane Shrader is in the process of rebuilding Ultimate Credit Plus which Jerry Matthews apparently couldnt operate truthfully. She has been very helpful and attentive to repairing what he has said he would fix. She is always available and i look forward to working with her . I will keep you posted on the outcome.

jerry I just called you and again no answer. no one ever answers your 1-888-number.  This is shannon give me a call or text. I'm not off government time til 2 pm. You have the number. just tell me whats the hold up this time. And are you actually gonna give me my money or complete the service your paid for? thats all I need to know. This guy is the ultimate scam artist. Last I heard on the fourth on july he was on his boat enjoying himself, I had to report to fort hood the friday afterwards and he guaranteed me this would be finalized before i left dallas on friday. But to no avail he stood me up "again". He then changed his number.(cowardly) And left his brokers standing alone. Jerry i know for a fack you read these reports at least 3-4 times a week. I want results. you dont repay, so do what you said you were gonna do. I spoke with the people from extreme credit solutions, I guess its your brother in law or what ever. for a fee Im sure I can get a address. or last known location. Man should be judged by his character, do to the lies and deciet your character proves less the man behavior. Man up and do the job you paid to do.

This is another lie once again Mr. Matthews. You stated that the tradelines i purchased were not posting because they were being flagged on your end and you stated nothing about credit repair. I have no other tradelines on my report so why would i seek credit repair from you when the services of tradelines had not even posted in 6 months. I have the emails and texts stating that it was your fault for the tradelines not posting and that you would be issuing me a refund which you stated several times and have yet to do it. Last time i heard from you , you stated that you were awaiting a company loan to repay back the refunds that other customers were awaiting on as well. Do i need to post this proof to silence your futile rebuttal?

Sir you had a red flag on your credit report. Tradelines do not POST if you have any kind of FRAUD, RED FLAG or if it is FROZEN. We offered you credit repair to resolve this issue. You turned us down. We provided the service you purchased which was one tradeline. It is not our responsble to participate in any FRAUD alert removals when purchaseing tradelines.
