This company charged my credit card $97 with no contact information other than an unidentified voice mail box. There was no product delivered and no further contact.

To me, this is a clear cut case of fraud. I have no idea of who they are or how they obtained my CC info.

His product is an autoresponder called "Email Aces" © 2002-2014. A division of Internet Marketing Aces, LLC

He is a more of a spammer and questionable operator (like the reported charge out of the blue) than reputable internet marketer.

Pass this info on to your credit card company also so that they monitor for any charges coming from Gary Ambrose or his businesses.

He may be operating under additional business names too.
