This company ContactPoint LLC have ripped me off and now wont give me my money back. They have done no work and now they wont leave me alone unless i pay up and leave them good feedback on their company profiles which I didnt realise is written in their contract. I was dealing with Derek Hunter of the Contact Point sales staff who seemed nice at first and convinced me to do some telephone advertising with them for my bed and breakfast. They did nothing at all and i waited months.

When I contacted Derek to say I wasn't happy he was then very rude and told me to pay up soon or solicitors would be involved. Then i started receiving threatening letters in the post. They never did what they said they would. I then refused to pay so then Derek Hunter started phoning me constantly and bullying me. I left messages for his manager to call me but still I had no response. Ive already paid for some work to be done and this company just kept my money. Now they want more. I don't know what to do. Stay away from this company. Ive read so many more comments about them since Ive been searching. Other people have complained on this website too. Theyre a horrible company.

Haha. I hate ContactPoint LLC. They are nothing but liars and cheats. Much the same

happened to me. They are AR5EH0L3S!!! Im still waiting for my money back. They have a crazy clauses in their contracts too. Be very wary of Contactpoint

How funny. I did some digging and here are Derek Hunters twitter page https://twitter.com/DerekLuxe and also his blog clearly stating that he works for Contactpoint llc. http://www.derekmhunter.com/

Contactpoint llc not only lie and let their staff bully but also staff such as derek hunter would give any company a bad name and reputation. We can see by looking at his twitter page he not only insults gay marriage but also has political and sexist issues. Nice guy!

This posting is a retaliatory, defamatory response to the genuine grievance I filed with Ripoff Report earlier in the day.  Details are as follows:

Jason Hurley of Ultimahub Business Solutions contracted me via Fiverr to provide them with some marketing work on LinkedIn.  After ordering my services, Jason demanded that I provide more work than what he paid for and, if I did not, he threatened to leave negative feedback, which would have a severe impact on my stream of clientele.  At present I have 100% rating, and I believe I was targeted because I am a well-respected supplier with many happy customers.

I took to Twitter and Facebook to voice my displeasure.  After doing so, I received a string of threatening emails from Joan Liu insisting that I delete all of the negative comments.  She further accused me of being "drunk," and admonished me for calling the company on several occasions (despite never answering my call).  On top of the name calling, she threatened legal action if I did not remove the comments.  I insisted that my right to issue such statements about my experience with the company was well within my rights, and I tried to put a stop to the harassment and offer an olive branch, but it was to no avail.

I highly recommend avoiding this company: vendor, customer, or otherwise.  They're unethical and try to force people to do their business without paying for it.  Buyer and vendor beware!

ContactPoint has never done business with the company or individual that filed this bogus complaint. The party who filed this report apparently has a beef with Derek Hunter who does not work at ContactPoint and does not represent ContactPoint in any way. Moreover, this individual or company has made no efforts to contact our business to verify its information before filing this report.

We ask that the poster check its facts, reach out to ContactPoint to confirm that it has filed a false report, and then file a retraction to clear up any misunderstandings. Making false and defamatory statements of this nature are not only wrong, but doing so without taking the time to do simple due diligence first is reckless and negligent.

We encourage anyone with questions about this false complaint to reach out to our team at ContactPoint and we'd be more than happy to set the record straight.
