Richard Harris Law Firm Fraud/False Advertisement/Discrimination Las Vegas, Nevada

Richard Harris Law Firm Advertises on Television all day everyday, Lying to Americans that they will fight Personal Injury Cases.  I first spoke with Nancy Bernstein of that firm and she made an appointment for me on Monday February 22, 2010 to start the Paperwork.  I canceled the on Sunday, February 21, 2010 BECAUSE I am injured, was not feeling well, cannot drive while taking the medication for pain.  I also have Gulf War Illness.  I was also afraid of filing a complaint against the Insurer of the unlicensed Cuban who Intentionally hit my car, after coming home, finding him parked in My assigned Handicapped parking space.  I blew my horn and asked him to move.  The Parking space is Clearly designated for my apartment.  He got out of his vehicle and started ranting and raving, acting as if he was going to hit me.  I rolled the window up and called Las Vegas Metro Police who missed him by one minute!  It was a Hit and Run.  He nearly rammed be backward into the Wall.  He had plenty of room to get out of My space.

On today I spoke with a so called attorney named Hector Hernandez At Ricahrd Harris Law Firm who told me they would Not be out to see me Because they would not handle my case and he was TELLING Attorney Nancy Bernstein that she could not take it either because of the "Private Property Law". This Is an Apartment Complex and Public Domain!  He even Implied that I was Not a Married woman, and did not understand Why my last name Is Hyphenated!  The same excuse was given for the man who Hit my car By Las Vegas Metro Traffic police as the reason for him Not being arrested!  It's because I am a Legitimate American, African American and FEMALE!  That's Discrimination, Fraud and False Advertisement.

I gave Las Vegas Metro Police dispatch the License plate Number on Dec 23, 2009 around 12:10 pm.  He was not arrested even though he was and still drives another vehicle:A Dark Red Ford Explorer, without a licensed driver, just as the day he hit me, he was alone!  I gave Las Vegas Metro that License plate Number as well. I gave the same information to my Insurer and sent them the pictures of the skid marks, my car and police cars that came. The vehicle he hit me with belongs to his ex-wife and the Insurance was canceled on it.  I gave the license plate number to a White Chevy Impala and to Las Vegas Metro Dispatch who advised me not to get out of the car because they heard him and recorded it!   I have no Criminal Record and I am a US Army Female, now married Vet, as is my husband.

Last week my vehicle was vandalized and my apartment was Keyed with Mastered keys, medication for pain stolen, clothing, costume jewelry.  I filed another Las Vegas Metro Police Report and Contacted Homeland Security. There Are witnesses and Pictures of the Intentional Hit and Run! I will Not Be Intimidated.  Enough Is Enough!
