Bi-Rite Furniture Fasly sold me a memory foam mattress when it is only foam it is king size and i can carry it alone Houston, Texas

I looked online and saw a few bedroom sets that I liked so I said I will go to the store since I was already approved online. I went did not see the one online I wanted but found another one that I liked so saw that the price was well in the budget.

I then had to go find a sales person to help me as no one walked up but do not blame them for staying still and up front where the ac was working. Got him over to the bedroom set and then he told me oh that is not the price that is the cash price SHOULD HAVE RAN AT THIS POINT but the price almost doubled. I was like ok fine I really want a new bedroom set just do it.

Well next thing I should have ran about was two pieces did not come with the set and did not fit into what I was approved for go FING FIGURE. Well I was told you can always pick them up later I said ok should have ran again.

Well at this point I had to pick out a king size mattress so I did a MEMORY FOAM (did you know that one person can carry this mattress alone and flip it and move it up and down stairs) NO THIS WAS NOT THE SALES PITCH. So wanted to make sure they could deliver that evening no problem just another 75 bucks or so at this point I was hot and had my elderly mother with me and she was done that I just wanted to get this over with.

Well thinking all paperwork is done and sign and go was not the case it took a few more hours at this point I am fing over it. So I get my delivery recite and sign the sales paper and signed the contract and left over heated and not happy like a person should be when they just replace anything with what I thought was an upgrade. So they bring it to my house I ask them to set it up one way they said no we going to set it this way after 12 hours F IT so as you want. so without reading the delivery recite I just signed as need to run go buy king size sheets since I upgraded from a queen.

OK NOW THE FUN STARTS

The 1st few nights bed sleep great was well rested then about 5 days into it noticed that where I sleep was like a body print. No this is not the normal for A REAL MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS. So I thought I will rotate the mattress d**n this thing is very light. I was like ok so got looking at the tag poly-urithein yes that is the base of a memory foam but lots of other stuff go into to make it work. Hince why mine was not heavey and could move it alone. Well at this point I looked at another store and low and behold there is way I could carry a real memory foam up a flight of stairs by myself. This is just foam well then I looked at the contract in detail all sales finale ok so then looked at the finance contract and stated I put down more then I did so I emailed them about this and started looking.

NOW I WILL COMPLAIN THIS COMPANY HAS MANY MANY  COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB ABOUT ADVERTISING

that was my 1st sign to RUN

Well now I am in living hell in debt for something now I will not sleep on as I roll into the middle of the bed and well the rest will wear out.

ANY ONE HAVE ANY ANSWERS i HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE BBB AND ALSO THE TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL CONSUMERS LINE
