Barry Serota & Associates - John Frank Collections Harrassment Arlington Heights, Illinois

I received a phone called today.  It was from a private caller so I didn't pick up.When I heard the caller was leaving a message I went ahead & answered the call. It was from John Frank, an attorney with Barry Serota & Associates.  He knew myname, which is a very common last name (Smith) and told me he had my social sec #.I was not able to verify the number.  I told him I had never been to the business (NAPA) he was trying to collect from and he had the wrong person.  He then askedif I knew a Patricia Smith and I said no.  He then angrily said he thought I was playing games with him, he would see me in court and hung up on me.
