i have had a couple things happen to my new 350 engine , minor things and steve has always taken care of them for me. now i have a leak in my oil pan and i no he will take care of this. i dont have a problem getting things done on my new motor when things go a little down hill. its not life and death, i think it is called stay calm and things will get done. this is what i do, dont bad mouth or blow up at people in business. dont get anywhere with that of attitude.

To Whom This May Concern,

                In an effort to clear Proformance Unlimiteds name in this matter, we can only comment on a few items here because if this is really one of our customers who is going to be nameless here we have no record of anyone complaining about any oil pump failure, or excessive oil consumption problem. If there was a problem with regards to oil pump failure or excessive oil consumption, we would have made good on it if it was a manufacturing defect.  The next few items that we will comment on are to clear up some miss described information this person is complaining about. An engine cannot cause overheating; only accessories like an improperly sized or clogged radiator, wrong cooling fan combination (Not enough CFM), wrong water pump, not having a ridged lower radiator hose, etc. The thread rod this person is describing could be a main bolt that has a threaded portion on the end of it, which is used to hold a rear sump oil screen.  And if anyone else doesnt already know that a 1990 Mustang 5.0 is really a 302 engine designed the same way since the 1960s, just modified to accept a hydraulic roller camshaft and improved its rear main seal in the late 1980s. Since we do install a lot of March Performance serpentine kits, we do see once and a while that they will supply us with a kit for an early Mustang that requires us to eliminate the fuel pump due to the different applications it needs to fit.
