Rims R US/ Rims 4 Less Rip off/ Con Artis Internet

I ordered some rims from the lowrider magazine on April 9 2010 from a company that i thought was legit i was sadly mistaken. The company's called rims r us AKA rims 4 less. I  sent them money via western union for a set of rims and tires a guy named Tony took my order and he gave me an order number 1169 and told me to call back in three days for my tracking number.
When i called back for my tracking number he stated that he had to order my rims and for me to call back in three more days. when i called back to get my tracking number I spoke to another guy named Dee and I ask to speak to the owner he said to call back in two hour. when i called back i spoke to Dee again and we had a very heated conversation and he stated that "you not getting no money back or no rims" then the fake owner got on the phone his name is Steve and he said that UPS would not allow them to ship anything because some one in new jersey paid UPS with a fake money order.
He then stated that he would send my rims that Monday and he would take 100$ off for the inconvenience I stated if my rims arent here by wendsday that i want a refund. well i waited and still no rims so i called back and requested a refund again I spoke with Tony he stated that my rims were there and I could pay to have UPS pick them up this was after i already paid for shipping so I asked for a refund again and i still have not received a refund check and it has been almost two months and they have not answered the phone for almost 2 weeks

the publisher(Rudy Rizas) of lowrider magazine has been notified and they are still letting this company advertise. I have filed a police report against the company and i plan to press charges i have also contacted the attorney generals office about this matter if you have been a victim of these con men don't let them get away with it.
