Basically the best way I can describe this firm is to compare it to an office full of ambulance chasers.

The lawyer's job at this firm is to obtain a settlement. The settlement will have absolutely nothing to do with how much your case is worth or what rights an employer has violated against you. Their ONLY focus is quick (once they finally get to your case) easy money for Sessions and Kimball.

Don Sessions threatened to sue a client when she refused to sign an agreement. The attorneys at Sessions and Kimball will NOT represent your needs or rights. They will lie to their clients. They refuse to disclose information to the client. They coerce with the opposing side.

Stay away from these blood suckers.
