This idiot got me 2 yrs in Jail for stupid violation. Did not do his homework. The worst attorney in New York! If there would be worst attorney competition, Mr. Albert Dayan would hold 1st place title FOREVER! Criminal defense attorney Mr. Albert Dayan always late for my court date, if court was scheduled at 9;00AM he would come at 2:00PM made judge VERY angry ( no one likes this attorney including Judges )
He is professional liar, he will tell you everything you want to hear, and take you deposit and you will not get in touch with this gypsy attorney. Im not the only one, there is hundreds of people who he scammed, took deposit and never did anything, he prays on easy targets advertising in Russian commercial paper and journals on the first page. STAY AWAY!!! Lear from my mistakes ….
I guarantee he NEVER got repeated costumer!

This is Albert Dayan, Esq. Everything written in the rip off report about me is absolutely not true and is intended to ruin my otherwise impeccable professional reputation, (Please See, www.albertdayanlaw.com ). The name provided with this report is not a real name (I have never dealt with this name before) and the content of this so-called report is also a fiction. This same individual who is posting these false reports about me on the internet, and is like a coward hiding behind the veil of fake names, has to be motivated by either envy, competition or worse. It is only a matter of time, however, until my federal litigation process will reveal the true identity of this person and will hold him/her liable for defamation. I suggest to rip off report, that they should do their own due diligence about Albert Y. Dayan's solid professional reputation in the legal field and they should remove the defamatory lies posted on their website by this individual who does not even provide a real name or a real case, otherwise they expose themselves as an accessory to defamation.
