24 Hour Mr Locksmith is using a .com URL made up of a local competitor company's name in an attempt to steal business from that company. So pathetic. The website www.robsonlocksmith.com is forwarded to www.mrlocksmithvancouver.com so that people searching for Robson Locksmith, a local vancouver locksmith will go to this scammer's site. This is fraudulent advertising. The fraud locksmith company, 24hr Mr Locksmith, also uses the name of the owner of Robson Locksmith and "Robson Locksmith" in the meta data of his website. What a con artist. I happened to notice that the company he's stealing from has many positive reviews on line where the one I could find on him was negative.

Fake Yelp Reviews by Terry Whin Yates "Licenced Locksmith"
AUTHOR: anonymous - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, April 27, 2011
Terry Whin-Yates "Licenced Locksmith" is not afraid to lie to his customers and defraud the public.
In the first picture you see that he is removed from yelp for posting not one but 3 reviews that violate the rules of fair reviewing on Yelp, a consumer review website. The company he is reviewing terminated a partnership with him for these kind of actions. If you notice in his 3 false reviews that he first gives posts 5 stars. Then after being fired posts 2 reviews of 1 star.
His reputation for deception is documented here:

Terry Whin-Yates uses fraudulent Google Maps Reviews
AUTHOR: anonymous - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, January 11, 2011
Here is the proof of Terry Whin-Yates fraudulently reviewing his own
Locksmith scam companies. Note that Terry has a son, Brian Whin-Yates,
that works and writes for his scammer company.
What you see here is reviewer profiles that give perfect reviews to two
different Google Maps listings for Terry's companies. In one case you
see a reviewer reviewing a company twice as if two separate people and
in one case the reviewer named "Brian" signs his name "Sarah L".
Terry Whin-Yates is a Stupid Crook, not a Locksmith. Beware of his other scams posted all over the internet. Here they are:
1. Franchise Scam - targeting immigrants and the ESL community, Terry
Whin-Yates is selling phony franchises for a five-figure fee with no
support and no justification. He also breaches his contracts and has
stolen work from his franchisees.
2. Locksmith Class Scam - Whin-Yates makes wild claims to be the
instructor of the RCMP, Correction Services of Canada, the Canadian
Forces and even CSIS and the CIA. His class is actually how to re-pin a
Weiser lock cylinder a simple task you can learn on the internet or by
buying a re keying kit.. He also teaches a class on how to rip off the
public if you buy into his business plan.
3. Locksmith Service Scam - Whin-Yates gives low quotes followed by high
charges ($95 quoted, $300 charged). He completes unnecessary work. He
dishonors appointments and agreements. He sabotages locks to create
more expensive work for himself in the future. He explains how to do
all this if you buy into his business plan.
He uses his locksmith license and Bachelor's degree (in criminology he
is very familiar with protecting himself) to persuade customers that he
is a good-guy. But the government does not police locksmith licenses
and gives them to anyone who pays a fee. A BA does not make a man
honest.

fraud have mentioned Terry Whin-Yates / Royce Whin-Yates scams:

The link DOES forward to the wrong site. You can try it out and it has a picture of the same d****e who posted a rebuttal with his name denying it. Wow. He's either a loser or an idiot. Nice job posting your name and number too, so we can all know who to call for more bullshit. 24 Hour Mr Locksmith must be apart of the same locksmith scam that's going on all over the US. Rip-off!!
Plus the picture of this guy "Terry" has another caption on it with the name "Michael Lee" If you hover your pointer over the picture you'll see it! This guy isn't even a real person! or he uses an alias!! Wow, scammer you just don't stop.

I am Terry Whin-Yates and I own 24hr Mr. Locksmith Inc. I have a BC Locksmith Security License and the comment is false. If you go online to the BC Government website as
follows:
http://www.pssg.gov.bc.ca/securityindustry/eservice/index.htm
and input the name of Robson Locksmith or the owners' name you will find they do not have a valid BC Locksmith Security Business License.
Note: Robson Locksmith and Colin Evans are no longer associated with Mr. Locksmith or Terry Whin-Yates.
Also, the complaint is a little too detailed for an anonymous posting? I am not hiding so I put my name and phone number on any postings.
