29 Prime 29' Prime INC, OC Listings INC I've documented and recorded 16 different illegal robo calls made to my phone number wth their Google listing scam Irvine, California

From late 2009 through early 2011 I received 16 differant illegal robo calls from these people touting their Google search listings.  The caller ID was always spoofed with a bogus out of state number.    While 29 Prime is a Nevada corporation they operate in Orange County CA yet are not registed to do business in California as required.  Their web site lists an address of 2233 West Balboa Blvd # 115 in Irvine that is a UPS store however a August 2012t Orange County Register article detailed that they are located in a "40,000 sq ft facility" located at 9701 Jeronimo Rd 3rd FL Irvine CA 92618.

My attorney sent them a demand which was denied all liability by their in-house counsel Mark Sweet (became a lawyer in 2009).  He claimed they don't do robo calls etc.

I have them and their President Mike Rosenthal in San Diego Small Claims court Septemeber 21, 2012 for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act in two cases 37-2012-00004650 & 4651.  Their other founder Tony Redman will be appearing for the firm telephoncally from Nevada. Stay tuned....
